Yes noticed that also, but I am not sure what he is allowed to say,
In my view, it was an estimate based on the visuals... Photos of the core, and the core, are available for people to see... He is not reporting numbers based on assays, but rather stating that the mineralized sections of the core were observed to contain X% percent of chalco...
Nemis is a lawyer, so I am sure he chooses his words very carefully and sometimes dances on the edge of what is permissible to give us hints of what's to come.
