You'll get no argument from me. Windfall was the feather in RN's cap until Eagle 1 dropped the dime on him. I've followed Windfall since it was first taken up and while it's taken a long time the goods are there. No question Noront was getting no respect or valuation for Windfall property.
I'd kind of question if Windfall would contribute $2 to Noront's value now that so many shares are outstanding. Dilution was necessary to raise the bucks but it hurts so much.
My feeling is a lot of players are looking at Noront and saying even if things do prove out as good as they'd like there is still going to be residual value. For example: Invest $5 a share and say, for whatever reason it drops down to between $3 and $4 . It will, given what they own, eventually climb back up over 12 months. So if you can hold you lose the use of the money or maybe 8% borrowing cost and have to get $5.40 or better to break even. If that's downside and upside is $8 to $12 within a few months then it's a worthwhile play.
