Now this new Debuts Diamond Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary to hold the company's interests in its diamond explorations, separating it from the McFaulds Lake area where it is drilling close to Noronts recent Nickel Copper hit.

My question for all my fellow NOTaholics is this:

By KWG now separating McFaulds Lake from it's other operations, is KWG Resources a more likely take-out target or less because of this split of company this afternoon?
