I think UC is the best bet. She is still very cheap, under the radar. You say below 'If UC spends millions' (see below). Of course they will! And, they are in charge of this development effort. And those millions as I remember are 3-4 so very do able. You also say 'SOME' but I thing the word is 'MOST". They share 55% of MOST of the property that Spider and KWG own in the area. I'm not sure why you keep discounting UC but believe me, in the long run, this is the one to be involved in, statiscally speaking.
