MJ,

Your observations are spot on for the market in general. Things have been looking bleak fro some time now and the full extent of the subprime crisis has yet to be appreciated.

The markets are likley going down for a good while yet.

That being said, I believe that Noront will be one of those very special and rare stories that will not follow the market and in fact may well counter the market trend.

We saw this on Friday. We were indeed down, but a trifling amount given the overall rout.

That is because, at these nhew levels, and with the amazing GLOBAL coverage we are now beginning to enjoy, the market may see Noront (God bless it's golden heart) as a REFUGE from the turmoil. This is, of course, ironic, given that a mere two months a go we were absolutely a speculative penny stock.

But no more. Not at the $5.00 plus (is it a 716 MILLION dollar capitalization???) level. With the growing knowledge that we have tons of $$$ in the dirt, this may well buck the trend, and may in fact, profit from the general chaos out there.

I fully agree that we all must keep our wits about us...there may yet be some unwelcome volatility, but as I said, I think we will continue to trade within a narrow range.

Keep up with the great posts.
