How on earth is does attracting investment in NOT from south of the border contribute to "hollowing out of Canada"?? This is just looney left double speak that means " we are out of power and don't like it !!!"

In one sentence you complain that we are going backwards to being resourse based economy, and in the next you say the only real value any country has is in it's natural resourses. Sounds like Liberal suck and blow at the same time to me!
