Interesting that he says "It is surprising that Noront retreated...".

I would suggest he thinks it is undervalued as he expected it higher and was surprised by the retreat. Then he says "sell" based on no solid reasoning other than a fluctuation.  Sounds like he's preaching buy high sell low???? Rather back asswards if you ask me?

Maybe he's looking at acquiring more but wants to pay lower price.
