Totally agree, Noront had to get out a preliminary resource estimate SIGNED BY QUALIFIED PERSON. This puts paid to those saying the dollar value just wasn't there. It may be on the low end of the total tonnage; figures of between 2 and 8 million tonnes where tossed about but it's not fully defined yet either.

TSE wanting some clarification not likely to change much and hopefully some brokerage houses now will release some reports on Noront. Might even shut up Cannacord!

Winfall likely to become even more important for Noront if they decide to extract and concentrate ore from DE1/E2 because it is looking to develope fast into one big cash cow. Use cash from Windfall to fund infrastructure could be part of 'the plan'.
