Corelifter...this is the first post of yours I read and you are getting into a sticky situation: Good for you! I have franz rated a 5 star as well. He is a good trader with a good understanding of the markets and I have learned a lot from him in that respect. D12 does not have the trading knowledge that Franz has but digs for info, talks to everyone involved in the company and has the company's and shareholder's well being at heart. He is passionate about his position and it is hard to knock a guy like that. He has quite a following here at Agoracom with good reasons. I truly hope he will keep posting. For the record, I do hope Franz keeps posting as well.

Franz, what exactly have you done for this board? I think everyone can agree that d12 has been a wealth of knowledge.

IMO his "rosey" posts are far more insightful than anything you have ever written. Are they positive? Yes, but why wouldn't a share holder be positive.

You attacked him for his opinion. It is evident in all of his posts that he is passionate about protecting our investment. He is greatly needed here for his obvious wisdom and leadership. I'm not exactly sure what you are needed for.

Just so you know Franz, I have you rated as a perfect 5 star so if you think I don't like you, that's not the case. But in this case you were wrong and your mistake has cost the board.
