I'm not convinced dumping JP Morgan is an answer, nor that their charge is to babysit the share price. It seems to me their function is more likely to liase among Producer(s) and Noront to facilitate a buy-out. In fact, past news releases are worded in such a way it remains possible JP Morgan may have been procured by a third party as an intermediate in dealing with Noront.


So far as I can recall, I have yet to see anything to suggest Noront is providing JP Morgan with compensation for their services, which would further imply a third party involvement.
