This is truly a benefit and a smart maneuvre on NOT's side (JV's) as they achieve some protection, like stripes on zebras, as well acquiring the desired 80% or so control of the ROF as they increase their JV interest. I would like to read the fine print on the JV agreements as to how it deals with buy out or take over issues. This we never get to read from N.R. postings.
