I'll agree with you that the 'chomium' adds incredible value to the right 'major' and yeah could goose them into action faster than we might expect.

However my problem is with the worry expressed about 'Hostile' take over or position and that seems far fetched due primarily to the 'share holder protection' in place which kicks in should one party accumulate or attempt to acculate or control more than 20% percent of shares.

If somebody offered say $10 a share on Monday you'd get the right to purchase directly from Noront additional shares equavalent to currently owned at a price based on average market price over past 20 days trading. Pretty good deal eh?
