Can we assume that WTF = WINDFALL TRUMPS FINANCING ? (That's a good piece to post, and unless its fictitious, I cannot imagine why the post is under review.)

Apparently, the article's author is not aware of Windfall or is unable to ascribe any value to it. But to assume implicitly that it has no financing value and also not comment on that tells me his piece was somehow a deliberate attempt to not be objective, since his article is just about financing. I'd fire my analyst if he got to such a rapid conclusion with incomplete analysis. Thanks for the post.
