Hey M1........I think you hit the nail on the head...maybe several nails. We all recognize and agree that the silence from management is real and has a motive.....some say 'cup half full' interpretation....others (me) say 'cup more than half full'.

Now you have tied many loose threads together into a plausible scenerio. You may not be entirely right, but I'm betting you are......thanks for that..cheers.....sambone
