Private Placements are generally offered to only a few select individuals and kept private. As such the average investor is generally only made aware of the placement after it has occurred. The positive news is that this new BoD stated yesterday in the Agrocom interview that they are staying informed of retail investors concerns/wishes by reading the Agrocom board. As such they are very well aware of our concerns as retail investors regarding a PP. They know we as a group would like to be included in any future pp. If we wake up one day to the BoD telling us they have raised $$ through a PP and not included us, to me it is a clear sign they are not listening to us or considering what we feel is best for us, the retail investor. They could come out stating it would have cost too much to include the retail investor or some such garbage, however this would just be another snow job. Including current stock holders in PP’s has occurred before and should most definitely occur should NOT have to raise more cash in this manner.
