Exactly. You are 100% correct in what you say. "Under the right circumstances". However, "IF" a major new deposit was found, we would have a major falling all over themselves to buy in. We wouldn't have to do a private placement.

The point I am trying to make is at the present time if there are any retail investors who would be interested in a PP, at the present time, under the present circumstances, they would already have jumped aboard. To bring up "IF"'s changes everything. Certainly, as you say, "IF" they found another major hit, I would be willing to change my investment strategy.
