I had planed to call Richard and ask some very pointed questions on Windfall this week. I have since then changed my mind. Richard can't say anything more than what Noront has made public about Windfall. I'm not going to make a phone call knowing full well what the outcome will be. I have a lot of respect for Richard and I don't want to get into an argument with him over Windfall. I'm willing to accept that he made a mistake on Windfall and leave it at that. He may disagree with me but thats my position until the company (NOT) can prove otherwise. I will continue to discuss Windfall when I have something of substance to share.

I did speak with someone today. The news made me fall of my chair. This person is the ......for one of the ROF companies. He is very very very close to the epicenter for all that maters in the ROF. No doubt about it..Clffs Natural Resources wants the chromite....the stuff NOT, FWR and SPQ have under their feet. Cliffs is engaged with NOT. ..This is the part that knocked me me off my chair. I'm sure some of the other members on this forum know about this already. It's happening and I don't know if they are buying a percentage or the whole thing. I have more to talk about but if I post this information I will get my source into trouble with his friends in the industry.
