As for FWR, you know their past track record as well as any on this Forum (and the FWR Forum as well). They could do deals similar to the Rockport Clarence Stream Deal (Buy-in based on achieving specific Milestones) , OR the Xstrats Sungold (???) Deal (Buy-in based on achievingspecific Milestones), or the Quest Uranium Deal (Spin-out with new financing to move the projects/properties forward independently of the Parent Company & with the potential od attracting a JV Partner to finance/help finance Drilling/Mineralization Definition), or their Lazar Deal with Noront Resources, The New Cross Border Properties in NB/Main, PQ/Vermont/New Hampshire, their NB Properties, their Labrador/PQ George River Properties, etc..

Thus, to raise the Cash for the next round of Drilling/Resource Definition on the Black Thor/Lable/!?!?!?!? Deposits, doing a minor Buy-In for 9.9 % seems reasonable as would doing an Open PP (Best Efforts Basis). Either which way FWR proceeds, it will tell the knowledgable here and elsewhere something of WHAT FWR intends to do to get to the Finish Line - A MAJOR SELL-OUT to the HIGHEST BIDDER. Be it in conjunction with NOT or NOT!

One thing is virtually certain! FWR will get Full Value for what they have in the Blacks (Thor/Lable/!?!?!?!?) plus the very same for the SPQ/Kwg JV Properties.

What can our BoD assure US of?
