Very good post, Herb and it all makes sense, with one exception.

Your post, along with so many recent ones, precludes that the BOD, old or new, has been hiding something from us. We also preclude that this effort of theirs is wrong. But why not look at it from another perspective. What if there is just as much gold to be found at Windfall as we all hoped. What if the BOD,old or new has great intentions for Windfall. What if they have intentionally downplayed Windfall because they intend to further explore the ROF, prove up a bunch more nickel and chrome, deal it off to a major for a couple of billion dollars, and make us all rich. What if they know that when they do sell the ROF properties, and the buyer was aware that Windfall also was huge, that they would want it too. Maybe they have downplayed the whole thing in order that when they sell the ROF, they want to have something else to explore, and want to bring Windfall back to life then, and make us a second 2 billion.

They have never said there was nothing there. That thought has been presented to us through hearsay, and rumors. The official position is that it has been mothballed for now and will be looked at sometime in the future.

This forum has gone through quite the transition over the last 3/4 months. Back then if anyone meanmouthed NOT in anyway there was someone who would jump out and do whatever was necessary to quieten them. They were called bashers and were soon weeded out. Somehow, they have managed to wheedle their way in without being noticed, and some of them even appear to have our best interests at heart. Like noxious weeds in a garden, they have managed to appear with pretty flowers, and seem attractive and usefull, and have now taken control of the garden, are choking out the productive vegetables, and are now spewing their poison to the extent that the garden tenders are considering abandoning the garden and trying a new spot.
