This has to be the single biggest factor for Mining Majors at this time in the Global Banking/Credit MESS.

Cash is their King for the immediate future and that future has no known Expiry date attached. Consequently, I can imagine these Mining Majors telling Noront and FWR they are EXTREMELY INTERESTED BUT!

I can also imaging many Industry (Mining AND Banking) so called Experts advising the same to NOT and FWR.

The difference between NOT and FWR may not be all that great in that particular department, BUT for total Land Holdings each Explorer's Holds in the RoF.
