My understanding is that most of the majors have declined to utilize internal staff required to assess this prospect. They are relying on the Agoracom forums to determine where and when they should make a move on who. One of the main reasons they are holding off is because of the indecisivness that is being displayed here. Once these forums settle down and determine exactly what they and the BOD's should properly be doing unanimously, then they will move forward accordingly.
