Gammon Gold just took over Capital Gold in an all paper deal giving Capital Gold shareholders a 29% premium based upon a volume weighted share price average of the last ten trading days. Based upon that $1.00 could be considered a stellar offer for Noront although certainly I hope the SEC would investigate as the offer would probably be based upon a manipulated price.
