What if CVRD takes over NOT and Xtrata takes over FWR both on the cheap. No bidding war. Then CVRD and Xtrata launch a joint company, CVRD-Xtrata Chrome, to develop the RoF. Diamondfields may have had the advantage being the only company at Voisey Bay. FWR and NOT should form a joint company to forestall this posibility.
