Meaningless!? That could be very revealing to the imaginative mind. Try this on..... NOT thinks they have the whole thing planned out and it doesn't include Cliffs or NOT already knows of actions taken or arrangements made that preclude Cliff's from making any headway, though one would think that Cliffs would be savy enough to know what they are doing wouldn't you think? These are indeed murky waters we are wading through but I'll deduce this..... tensions are building and positions are being taken and they are not all in alignment. It could be a good think as long as one is on the winning team. The competition is building and is now observable from the sidelines. The race is on and NOT is trying to look the lead horse and be the one the majors compete for. NOT may have the edge here as they have the land mass, the (previously unappreciated) P.R. company and the drills with a head start in the numbers game.....but a surprise could come out of the FWR camp, or for that matter anyone else who pokes a stick in the ground. All they have to do is come up with some 6% ni and a hint of Cr and they're in the game.

Final comment: NOT saying that Cliff's presence is meaningless certainly indicated that they plan on having no part in them.
