Noront would not give up drill indicated resources to a jv with Probe. Noront has the money to fight and win in Court and that's where it would have ended up if Probe was pushing.

Remember way back when Probe/Noront fell out over negotiations for Noront to 'take over' Probe claims? Well it obvious the news release, to me at least, was bare boned to say the least and perhaps that's so Probe can save a little 'face'.

Just think about the guy's in charge over at Noront and try to image them giving anything away.
