The remaining real big problem I have is OUR SP!

It should have never got this low!!!

FNC will likely cut the same type of deal as did PRB. If they have the Goods they will do very well indeed!

As for FWR being Boxed In??? It will be more that NOT will be SPLIT than FWR being Boxed In!

As for SPQ, they can stand on their own untill FNC is looked after! KQG got the Cliffs 19.9% protection of NOT being left out.

UC is the single biggest "Wild Card" in everything in this portion of the RoF!!!

The rest of them have to look at consolidating their portions of the Discovery Area to allow Financing of a MASSIVE NEW MINE(s).

The UC SPQ/KWG Property(s) could become included (in part at least) OR they can stand alone.

What is important is that the Little Guys(PRG, FNC, and FWR/SPQ/KWG) in the middle and FWR be part of a Consolidation to get the Financing for Development.

And to me this looks to be happening quicker than it very well could have taken. And each shold see benefit from this PRB type Consolodation in Consolidating what need(ed)(s) to be in an "ALL In One".
