"That says a lot if you think that NOT wants to do this ROF all alone... is PRB a screaming BUY?"

At the moment PRB is up 18% on 133K shares. An intriguing JV which promises something but I'm not sure exactly what that is yet. I think a few sitting on the edge of their chairs jumped the gun a bit on the buy button.... though it's still a great price to get in on. I find the timelines of the JV interesting with the operators alternating every two years. Two years and more to figure out that little plot before a buyout .... or just typical coverall contractual language for mining purposes? Suppose anything is possible.
