It's been almost a year since Rousseau took control of the board. If retail still controls around 40% of share float, don't we deserve a seat on the board??? Does anyone think this is a good idea?? If so, do we still have the share lists from last years proxy battle?? I for one would like to see Dick back on the board as a REAL board member representing our retail vote!!

Very good point, although I don't know if that's the way things work. If so, I would be in favour of this motion!!
