I haven't posted in almost over one year, however, I do regularly read the board on a daily basis. Interesting times to say the least!

As for representation at the AGM. As a group of NOT shareholders, to be taken "seriously", you will require some form of representation, likely from the legal community. A suggestion would be to form a consortium of retail SH's, eveyone will need to kick in some $$'s to pay the fees and retainers etc. Likely a vote will need to take place to demonstrate that this group does in fact represent "X" % of the retail base etc.

Not only will this catch the eye of the board, this forum will be able to raise the concerns that have been mentioned and have them properly addressed. Putting the board on the defensive will not work. Demonstrating that you are a group of SH's willing to work together for a common solution to whatever issue will! It can be a very effective tool for dealing with going concerns of growing a company such as Noront REsources.

Nice to see the share price movents over the past week! Reminds of 2007 when things really heated up!
