I would suggest somebody like Crazydik to represent retail shareholders. The guy is smart, a lawyer (I believe), and a resident of Toronto.

I expect Glorieux still has much of the documentation from the proxy fight, which would help with communications of such an effort to retail shareholders.

I'm just suggesting Crazydik. I know that there others who are very competent.
