I can't see too many FWR shareholders wanting the infamous NOT board running their FWR investment. NOT shareholders would be best advised to retire the tainted BOD members if they want this motion to proceed. Try dangling a carrot instead of a dead rat!

Many of the present FWR investors used to be frustrated NOT investors!

The antics of the Co-CEO's and lack of transparency are too recent a memory for me to vote yes.
