I beleive the new motto is :

we hire the best ...we work with the best...... something like that..

I guess RN didn't fall into this category for this team. For me, RN was the best because he got me $7/share for something I paid about $0.50/share. When the new guys bring and hold the price above $3/share I will start to warm up to them. For now you guys are the best because.....
