Good post. I to do not understand why people can't think logically on this. They seem to be so caught up in emotions that they forget what has happened here.

1) FWR has an offer double what they were worth to the market.

2) FWR has a chance to consolidate and take advantage of economies of scale (some people seem like they have never heard of this concept and some even down play it).

3) FWR has an opportunity to participate in the growth of an already known nickel resource.

Also anyone who will argue that FWR is undervalued... well so is NOT!!! and you will end up with shares in another undervalued company. I do agree the deal may need to be tweaked a bit, but the basis of the deal is sound and makes sense for all parties.
