Sure seems to me that you do not understand the mature of How any Why a Mineral resource gets Developed.

FWR does not need NOT. Not now! Not anytime in the Future!

On the other side, as matters currently stand, NOT NEEDS FWR! And NOT needs FWR NOW!!! Not getting FWR now will relegate NOT to either a "Has Been" or an "Eventually Will Produce" (aka - a "Could Be").

And that clearly appears to be the truth of the matter at present!

The only thing going for NOT now, becides the farcical Share Swap Offer, is the FACT that they have so much Prime RoF Property from which they very likely will be able to prove up several other good Ore Bodies. And Eagle 1 can be mined once the Cliff's Infrastructure is put in place. And there is potential to make Eagle 1 into a Nest of Ore Bodies (Ore meaning Profitable Mineral Deposits) extending it's Mine Life considerably.

Thus, while currently feeling embarrased with the SAD Corporate Skills Set and Business Execution being displayed by the NOT BoD for over a year now, let along their Up FRONT self provided GROSS OVER COMPENSATION for accomplishment (actually - lack of accomplishment) to date, there remains GREAT POTENTIAL with respect to the Property (Mineral Claims) STILL in Noront's possession.
