Poker analogy for NOT.

I view holding NOT as holding a solid high pair. Queens or better.

Sometimes you have to go all-in before the flop if you want to win a tournament. However, you best make damn sure the odds are stacked in your favour when you do.

I'm all in.

(well, with what I can afford to lose and not have it affect me in any way, shape or form)
