Good morning Sum4all: You are absolutely correct. What most world wide postings seem to forget, is ' The Aaskan highway'. Now there was a 'real problem' that was solved by the mutual cooperation of both Governments.

One must remember the perifical businesses and developments which will contribute to paying off the investement.

If the profit is there, a way will be found, and it IS !.
