The present value of Not, does not make the 4-1 share swap very attractive, but it can get , to be very interesting if Fwr shares start dropping towards the 4-1 swap & then Pop goes the Not shares higher, still app: 2 weeks to go before deadline Dec. 1st.

This 3 rd party, I still Not so sure it is Cliffs............ why the need of extra time to make a offer for Fwr, they should & probably know enough about FWR, to make a deal with conditions attached for their own DD on said offer...if it is such a great deal before when they got involved with the PP, why Not Now, why the hesitation..........

Do they have to show some reasons to spend $$$ on a deal with Fwr to their own shareholders...
