I am not a Newfoundlander and had no involvment with Voisy's so the goings on there had little interest to me, hence do not know about any costs to that government.

However I do think that Ontario should put up cash towards transportation costs, however not for actual company construction costs of mine or what ever else.

Frankly I would hope that Xstrata would be the one to finally get hold of the Ring properties and use it's Sudbury assets for smelting.
