That's for certain that McGuinty is no Danny Williams! But the point is, there is talk that the smelter will be in the U.S.A. If this firms up, some group (NOT shareholders?) needs to organize an outcry to get it in Ontario where it belongs. Undoubtedly, Ontario has strong levers at its disposal without (heaven forbid!) injecting taxpayers' funds.
