Todays Thunder Bay Chronicle Journal has an article regarding Cliffs and FWR. It pretty well says what all other articles have stated, implying it is a done deal. It does say "The electric arc furnance (EAF) facility is anticipated to be located somewhere on the north shore of Lake Superior." Anticipated being the key word.

If I knew how to paste the article I would, perhaps someone with more skills can pull it up and paste it so all can read.
