The environmental question regarding the ROF has been posted and discussed few times from the passed little while.

I had a go at it also on the Fwr board where it was promptly reported as a violation and deleted ,even with the approval of quite few of the members of that forum.

That is water under the bridge now and this post was just to bring the opinions and feelings of a different entity with no comments of mine.
