"If there is a proxy I suggest the FWR buyout as one. If Cliffs were willing to pay four times the price of what FWR was worth before the offers surfaced then it is very reasonable for us to assume that we could be offered a price 4 times our real price what ever it may be at the time."

-true, but how unified are we to reject a lowball offer, as FWR did to get to 4 times sp? Wes needs to lead as a CEO.

Question: Wes keeps talking about taking Noront to mining production. If this is the case, why bother with a temporary 43-101. Why not wait until all E-Nest is complete. Answer, he plans to sell to highest bidder. Production is a bluff, because if it isn't bluffing we have a multiple year wait ahead of us for real money on our investments. But then why maintain the pretense of production unless you mean it. Mac, never pretended to want production. Why should Noront, unless they do intend production? A CEO needs to lead us out of this confusion.
