NI 43-101 Update (September 2012): 11.1 Mt @ 1.68% Ni, 0.87% Cu, 0.89 gpt Pt and 3.09 gpt Pd and 0.18 gpt Au (Proven & Probable Reserves) / 8.9 Mt @ 1.10% Ni, 1.14% Cu, 1.16 gpt Pt and 3.49 gpt Pd and 0.30 gpt Au (Inferred Resource)
I think because that date was not set in a press release from any company, and only viewed on thunder bay news, that makes this date not that critical.
I have been wrong many times before though.

I have posted a while back that the time frame would more probably be between the 18th and the 22nd if there is any chance of this being settled in the near term.
The date of the 22nd was brought to my attention as the end of the 30 day consultation period put forth by the Government. It was a date by which time one of the major issues ( a solid commitment on the runway permit) is expected to be completed by then.
But....... we know how these things go. It appears that the range of FN wanting in is getting larger. Everyone wants a piece of the pie.
My opinion. FN see this as their Lottery ticket and expect to take full advantage of it. I've heard talk as high as 50% .(rumor)
