Would Manitoba Hydro not need to complete Conowapa first in order to supply power to a transmision line to go to Ontario? Manitoba Hydro would first need a contract for a long term sale of power before they would go this route. They have been down this route before with Ontario and would need a firm comitment.

Sorry, but will not be a fast route for power but very possible as we have plenty of generation capabilities in the future.
