I believe that at the time it was agreed among the posters of Noront that correct DD did 'not' include accepting 'any' posters data or belief as factual. All were to be considered as personal opinions only. I have always taken all posts with the proverbial grain of salt, since we all have a profit motive, as shown be simply being here.

Not knowing the possible extent of Agoracom's involvement, I acted in defense of one of the illegal posters, emphasizing the DD factor, and suggesting simple permanent barring of the poster from the forum, not a prison term, or being blackballed in the Industry..

It appears that I may have been wrong, a factor that my ever luvin wife delights in pointing out to me daily sigh.

On my personal relationship with Agoracom regarding posting and being almost continuously banned by certain err ah Pres., they have always reinstated me immediately when they reviewed the data. They have played fair with me in this respect.

Will this be the end of our forum?

p.s. Perhaps I am a bit naive, but frankly I do not feel that I have been betrayed because I do my own DD since I personally do / did not know any of the posters until recently. They turned out to be fine persons whom I will prob be in contact with for the rest of my life.

What was done 'may' be illegal under the commiission rules, but in fact I wonder on it's effect on any of the companies that use / used their service.
