BACK GROUND:

I got first got into Noront back September /03 for a grand total of $.27 per share under the Nemis- Harvey group...I have bought and sold this stock on several occasions and always at a profit for me, they seemed up right and gave me a feeling of belonging to the group and that our opinions counted.

Since the hostile take over by the new BOD I get the eerie feeling that they are trying to run this company as their own personal fiefdom and that the "unwashed shareholders " are not worthy of their time"

Since the demise of the old board we have found gold, chrome, a thousand "iums" and the SP still is on a downward trend (God help those that bought in a $2.80 on the flow through)

What ever happened to our claims in Quebec,New Brunswick,Mexico and China, did they disappear in a vacuum never to be heard of again?

Does this board have all their eggs in 1 basket ??

There have been tooo many SNAFU's lately by this board!

The demise of Nemis and Harvey, the failed take-over of Freewest, missing out on the Cliff's train,little or non-existant feed back of what in Hades is going on at the minesight (except for Hoov...we would never know half of what has been done)....etc...etc

Do we need more PR..definately... do we need transparency you be the judge!

Although Iam long and hard on NOT always will be, I still get peeved at the attitude this BOD portrays not only to us the shareholders BUT to any future members...would you buy into a company that treats its people like this...would this be the reason we don't get public shares.(only institutes but of course... they have no hearts)
