Rosseau Asset Management. They forced the proxy battle to replace wholesale the BoD and president, which retail and RN won. RN negotiated a split BoD, part from Rosseau and part of RN's choosing, to avoid a prolonged battle that would have more seriously damaged the company. We don't know all the details of that settlement, but can see some of the visible results, one of which is RN is the "Chairman Emetirus for Life" (thanks, Jacki!).

Those share's *belong to* RN. It's entirely at his discression to hold or sell them. He's a very savvy guy and believes in the resources in the ground, which speaks volumes, IMO.
