It will if the FN go to war over it. War and contention is in the air folks and it's catchy. Just start to push people around and steel too much from them and they'll finally respond. The FN have already said as much. Dealing fairly with them in their minds means sharing in the wealth and jobs. Unless the FN want to work in PQ or Manitoba I think they'll not buy into out of province outsourcing.
