There have been numerous stocks that fly well higher than a buck with little proof of anything. People always come up with reasons why how and when a stock will move and it's always tomorrow. This stock is down becaue people are affraid to go into the water because of the manipulation. NOT has become a dangerous stock to hold because it never goes up no matter how good the news is. When the same people that have pushed it down push it up....that's when it will move.

Now, does anyone remember Wes saying that this will be NOT's year....I think it was Wes. Well, for it to be this year, NOT has to make it happen before spring thaw for the most part. Will this be in conjunction with the political stuff....do you think?
