We all have theory...part of mine is that Noront needs something to sell to retail who the institutions can justify selling their stock to at a higher price. The push will come when joe broker can call their clients and say "you have to have Noront" at $2-4+. This will get them selling to everybody and buying to replenish what the have sold to do it over again at higher and higher prices. We have proof of resource, we need proof it can be gotten to.IMO
